Your main responsibilities…

* Manage Relationships & Sales: Manage B2B (Retail) and OEM relationships, ensuring needs are met and driving sales.
* Analytics & Reporting: Provide analysis and reports on sales performance and for forecasting purposes.
* Identify Trends & Opportunities: Stay ahead of market trends. Identify and convert new sales opportunities.
* Build Efficient Processes & Tools: Develop and streamline B2B business processes for scalability and efficiency.
* Collaborate on Strategy: Work with sales, marketing and management teams on overall sales strategies.
* Support & Coordinate: Ensure proper order flow monitoring, transmission of information and timely delivery by coordinating with our operations and logistics teams.
* Backup in Sales Admin Team: Step in to support our sales administration team when needed.
* Problem Solving: Tackle challenges head-on with proactive solutions.
* Customer Interaction: Be the vital link between our B2B customers and the operations team.
