 Zusammenfassung der Rolle

Der Senior Sales Manager ist entscheidend für die Förderung des Geschäftswachstums durch die Erweiterung unseres Kundenstamms und die Förderung unserer fortschrittlichen Softwarelösungen für die Maschinenintegration und industrielle Automatisierung.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
  • Entwicklung strategischer Verkaufspläne zur Förderung unserer industriellen Softwarelösungen.
  • Identifizierung und Ansprache potenzieller Kunden im produzierenden Gewerbe.
  • Pflege enger Beziehungen zu Kunden und wichtigen Entscheidungsträgern.
  • Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen, Verkaufspräsentationen und Produktdemonstrationen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Teams, zur Sicherstellung, dass die Lösungen den Kundenanforderungen entsprechen.
  • Ausarbeitung und Verhandlung von Verkaufsvorschlägen und Verträgen, um rentable Geschäfte zu erzielen.
  • Halten Sie sich über Markttrends und Aktivitäten der Konkurrenz auf dem Laufenden, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu ermitteln.
  • Teilnahme an Branchenkonferenzen und Fachmessen, um unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu bewerben.
Qualifikationen

Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaft, Marketing, Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.

  • Solide Erfolgsbilanz im Vertrieb, insbesondere in den Bereichen Software, Automatisierung oder verwandten Branchen.
  • Gründliche Kenntnisse im Bereich industriellen Software und der Automatisierungstechnologien.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
  • Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld sowohl selbständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten.
  • Beherrschung von CRM-Software und Tools für die Vertriebsanalyse.
  • Deutsche Muttersprache, verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Französisch ist von Vorteil.
Reiseanforderungen
  • Bereitschaft, je nach Bedarf für Kundenkontakte und die Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen zu reisen.
