Department: Project Management Location: Switzerland, Sonceboz Description En tant que Senior, Technical Project Management, vous pilotez des projets d’implémentation et d’évolution de l’ERP de l’entreprise, depuis l’installation technique jusqu’à la mise en production (déploiement initial, ajout de fonctionnalités, changements de version, intégration post-fusion/acquisition, etc.). Missions Suivre les projets administrativement et budgétairement : Kick Off équipe interne et équipe client, comités de pilotage, de suivi, Kick Out, Protocole d'acceptation/PV de recette Gérer les plannings et délais, gestion des intervenants et partie prenantes Surveiller l'atteinte des objectifs du projet (conformité de la solution par rapport au besoin client, respect des délais, coût) Gérer les risques et assister les clients pour faire des choix stratégiques Gérer les relations entre les équipes de consulting, de support et de développement, conjointement avec le service commercial et avant-vente Développer et faire évoluer la méthodologie de projet et les outils liés Profil Expérience de plusieurs années dans la gestion de projets liés à la mise en place ou au suivi de solutions informatiques en lien avec des clients. Certification en gestion de projet un plus (par exemple Prince2, PMI ou autre). Excellente capacité de communication en FR et en EN, sens de la négociation, gestion du stress et posture adaptée à du conseil face à des directions d’entreprise. #J-18808-Ljbffr
