We are looking for a Project Management Intern to help coordinate project teams across multiple countries, organize documents in data rooms, and centralize project information using project management tools. This role focuses on supporting the permitting process, managing project documents, and maintaining clear communication across different teams and regions—no involvement in the construction phase.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the coordination of international teams working on renewable energy and data center projects.
- Organize and maintain project documentation in structured data rooms to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure they are met.
- Support the project management team with scheduling, reporting, and facilitating communication between teams in different countries.
- Conduct research on AI tools and methodologies to improve project management efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Familiarity with AI tools for project management is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, especially in managing documents and data rooms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or Romanian is considered a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in renewable energy and infrastructure development.

Pay: CHF1’850.00 - CHF2’100.00 per year
