Founded in 2017, **Unit8 **is the fastest-growing data& analytics services company in Switzerland. We are a team of 100+ data engineers, data scientists, and AI & analytics consultants on a mission to accelerate the digital transformation of non-digital industries by fostering the adoption of AI and analytics. We collaborate with some of the largest organisations in Europe to solve the challenges that directly affect their business, be it operations, finance, manufacturing, or R&D. Since our foundation, we have successfully delivered more than 130 data projects across three continents. Among its activities, Unit8 dedicates a part of its resources and time to projects that deeply matter to us—that includes collaboration on pro bono and “engineering for good” cases.

Unit8’s Digital & AI Consulting Practice was established in 2021 to complement our engineering teams with a holistic data and AI-related consulting offering, ranging from technical and operational to conceptual and strategic. We are a diverse team of eight consultants coming from various backgrounds, allowing us to manage technical projects, create advanced data & analytics strategies, and drive business development activities.

**Are You the team member we are looking for?**:
Unit8 is looking for an** AI & Analytics Consulting Intern** to join our team in Zurich, Lausanne, Krakow or Wroclaw for a 5-6 months paid internship. As an intern, you will become a full member of our consulting practice and will be mostly involved in various business development activities to support our go-to-market strategy. At Unit8, you will collaborate with a highly-motivated, dynamic team, get the opportunity to work at the intersection of business and tech, and gain extensive knowledge in the most recent data, analytics and AI trends across industries.

You are:

- pursuing or have recently completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have an interest in a career at the intersection of business & IT - any degree background will be considered
- having prior experience in topics such as (advanced) analytics, machine learning, data platforms and cloud is a big plus
- having prior internship/ working student/ project experience in management consulting or business development
- able to build and deliver convincing storylines and presentations to different audiences (e.g. in Microsoft Power Point, Google Slides)
- a fast learner, have great attention to detail and quickly adapt to new environments and challenges
- talented in building lasting relationships with your team members
- fluent in English and ideally also in German and/or French
