**About the role**:
To support our E-commerce & Operations teams in Lausanne, we are looking for a **B2C Coordinator Intern for 6 months with the possibility of permanent employment**. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and make a real impact while helping us scale our business.

You will report to the Partnership Development Manager and work closely with the Head of Operations & AI transformation, as well as other internal teams. Your goal will be to help deliver a smooth user experience by coordinating daily tasks and contributing to operational improvements as well as to support our B2C users operations and help manage the day-to-day back-office tasks linked to our e-commerce activity.

This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of operations in a growing company and gain hands-on experience in both user management and process management.

**1.**Support B2C user operations**
- Coordinate with our external service provider to ensure user requests are handled properly.
- Help follow up on complex or sensitive user cases (e.g. delays, order issues, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to find quick and effective solutions for our users.
- Join weekly calls with the support provider and track key issues or improvements.
- Suggest improvements to internal procedures when inefficiencies arise.
- Help monitor basic KPIs (request volume, resolution time, recurring issues)..

**2.**Assist with e-commerce back-office tasks**
- Help monitor daily order flows, returns, and stock synchronizations.
- Improve the price scouting process (IA) and ensure a dynamic price-monitoring.
- Identify and help resolve issues (e.g. tracking errors, stock mismatches, import problems).
- Coordinate with tech and logistics teams as needed.
- Maintain and update internal records, dashboards, and documentation.
- Support product and partner data management, assisting the Partner Manager for Multimedia.

**3.**General operational support**
- Assist in documenting processes.
- Help identify improvements to simplify workflows.
- Support team members with ad-hoc operational tasks.

**Requirements**:

- You are about to graduate with an **Advanced Diploma** **of Higher Education or Bachelor's degree** in Commercial / Business Administration or equivalent.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer orientation; you are proactive and positive by nature.
- You are attracted to Scale 'up environments, and you want to make a difference in a fast-growing organization.
- You are a critical thinker and always on the move.
- You are curious and enthusiastic about learning about many topics.
- You speak fluently **English**and **French**or **German**
- You have a “can-do” attitude, are a quick learner, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You are looking for a long-term position, not just a 6-month internship.
