We surround ourselves with junior to expert consultants with strong development potential, whom we support in their professional goals. **About the job**: To strengthen our team in **Switzerland**, we are looking for a **Technical Lead Infrastructure** (M/F/x). - In charge to define and follow the plannings, anticipating the identification of the next assets to assess worldwilde (Switzerland, Japan, China, USA, etc.) ; and assure the good unwiding of the program. - Prepare and plan assessments with the various stakeholders (technical experts, HSE, area managers, engineering and maintenance, external companies, etc.) and assure to cover all the scope of the project by ordering complementary studies if needed. - Collect and sort the documentation and information necessary to establish the program files : offers, technical specifications, Analysis, technical documentation, HSE documentation, risk analysis, reports, rationalize the actions plans, etc. - Budget Definition and Follow - Challenge & Homogenization of the different Process: (Reports, TIERs, etc.) - etc **About you**: - Medior or Senior profile required - Min 8 years of experience - Minimum 5 years within Project management - Some experience within chemical, pharmaceutical or biotech company is a must. - Minimum Experience with People management (external/internal) & stakeholders influence **What we offer**: - A permanent contract and innovative projects - An attractive remuneration policy - Personalized management and continuous learning to develop your career - Great team spirit and an integration within the "Tribe" **Job Types**: 100%, Permanent **Salary**: From CHF95,000.00 per year Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in 1003 Lausanne, VD
