Senior Manager, Strategic Operations (PMO) 📍 Lausanne, Switzerland About the Role We are looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Operations (PMO) to drive the planning, execution, and governance of Bata’s most critical strategic initiatives. Working closely with the VP of Strategic Operations / Re-Ignite, you will ensure that complex cross‑functional projects are delivered with focus, discipline, and measurable impact. What You’ll Do Strategic Operations Ensure alignment, clarity, and delivery of the company’s strategic priorities worldwide. Partner with the Re‑Ignite team to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and remove roadblocks. Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and “winning together.” Portfolio Management (PMO) Lead the global portfolio of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with expected ROI. Establish governance, reporting standards, and PMO best practices. Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, project delivery, and financial impact. Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and provide clear recommendations to the VP. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with global functions (Brand, Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, HR) to drive execution and change management. Support clarity of roles and responsibilities and strengthen accountability across teams. Mentor project leaders across OpCos to elevate project management capabilities. Strategic Planning & Decision Support Gather and synthesize insights from stakeholders to support strategic decision‑making. Prepare materials and recommendations for leadership reviews. What You Bring Core Competencies Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, problem‑solving, cross‑functional influence, clear communication, adaptability, ability to simplify complexity, attention to detail, and proactiveness. Technical Skills: Strategic planning frameworks, project/portfolio management, business intelligence & reporting, and strong operational understanding. Experience & Education Experience in strategy, PMO, business development, or brand management (industry experience is a plus). Bachelor’s degree required. Fluency in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
