Visitor Tour Guide and Campus Counsellor

On-Call contract (Equivalent to a 10% to 20% work rate)

Our headquarters are based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with additional hubs in Marbella, Spain (Accounting) and London, UK (Enrolment, Marketing, and Digital).

You have a degree or work experience in tourism, service industry, or guest & public relations in an international working environment. Having some experience in Education is a clear advantage. You speak fluently French and English; fluency in any other language is an asset. You have a driving license and a valid Swiss work permit.

  1. To conduct GIHE (Glion Institute of Higher Education) campus visits that were requested, confirmed, and organized by the enrolment, marketing, or campus teams.
  2. To provide candidates (potential future students) and their relatives with various information about the school, application procedures, programs, transfer options, and life on our campuses.
  3. To pick up visitors at designated locations as required.
  4. After each enrollment-related visit, to send a complete report to the stakeholders who requested the visit.
  5. To participate in specific events as requested by the Events team.
  6. To attend refresh training courses/meetings when required.
