Tätigkeitsbeschreibung
Projekt- bzw. Programm-Leitung

Plant, überwacht und managt interne Projekte von Projektbeginn bis zur Fertigstellung.
Ist verantwortlich für die Projektplanung, die Ressourcenbeschaffung, die Personalbesetzung, die Materialzufuhr, das Management von Zuliefererverträgen, das Berichtswesen, die Problemlösung und die Personalführung.
Stellt sicher, dass die Projektergebnisse den Anforderungen bzgl. technischer Qualität, Verlässlichkeit, Zeitplanung und Kosten entsprechen.
Kontrolliert die Performance und empfiehlt Zeitplanänderungen, Kostenanpassungen oder zusätzlichen Ressourcenbedarf.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich
  • Unterstützung des Head Group People Technology bei der Organisation und Koordination von HR-IT-Projekten
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Projektplanung, Ressourcenverwaltung und Terminverfolgung
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Projektstatus-Updates
  • Kommunikation mit internen Teams und externen Dienstleistern
  • Pflege von Dokumentationen und PMO-Tools
Ihre Stärken
  • Vorgängige Erfahrungen in HR-IT, Projektmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Position (Praktika, Teilzeit oder vergleichbares)
  • Erfahrung in Projektmanagement-Tools und -Methoden (Agile, PMP, PMI, PRINCE2 oder ähnliche)
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Detailgenauigkeit
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Interesse an HR- und IT-Prozessen
