Global SC Transformation PMO Lead
Location: Dubai, UAE

The Position
The Role
The position is based in Dubai, UAE, and will report directly to the Global Head of Supply Chain. Your main responsibilities include:
- Drive and support the integration projects across Acino from the Global supply chain.
- Drive standard process and governance across global supply chain functions as needed.
- Drive the strategic initiative from GSC across regions, sites, and countries.
- Focus on driving process optimization across the network within the GSC scope.
- Lead the PMO for all GSC transformation strategic projects.
- Coordinate multi-functional project teams in a multicultural environment.
- Control and report on multiple projects across the global supply chain.
- Support the GSC Head in managing the performance of projects across the GSC function.
- Be an active member in preparing business cases for new projects or BD projects.
- Lead Acino value creation projects with coordination and alignment cross-functionally.

- Several years of project management and strategic supply chain experience.
- Solid experience in leading cross-functional teams without authority.
- Strong leadership and effective business partnering capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead in a complex organization.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management.
- Able to manage ambiguity in making decisions or recommendations based on potentially incomplete information.
- Capable of working across all functions and levels of an organization.
- Good business acumen to support the business in making informed decisions.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
