As Global Head Finance Transformation, reporting directly to Group CFO, you will work closely with the Finance ET to define the transformation roadmap for global finance, ensuring it aligns with the organisation’s strategy, Finance’s vision and employees’ needs.

In this role you will lead the way to design and implement the future Finance system landscape and operating model through the finance transformation initiative, driving organisational and behavioural change. In working closely with the Group CFO, Finance ET and Business Units, you will be able to shape and execute the vision of Finance of the Future.

Furthermore, you will be responsible to simplify and optimise internal processes, improve organisational effectiveness, as well as upgrade Group Finance data and technology landscape in service of stronger cross-functional collaboration, enhanced capabilities, higher employee engagement and ultimately stronger customer experience.

**What you will do**
- **Leading the Global Finance Transformation**:Partnering closely with the Group CFO and the Finance leadership to secure end-to-end implementation of strategic Finance Transformation initiative, overseeing the development of project plans, timelines, and overseeing implementation within agreed time and budget. This includes, orchestrating the following elements:

- **Data & Technology**:Showing the way to update and implement the Group Finance system and data landscape to ensure a state of the art and effective reporting infrastructure, optimised data model and analytical capabilities.
- **(TOM) Organizational Design**: Leading the development and implementation of a new Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) that aligns with the Finance strategic vision and deliverables. Reviews organizational structures to enhance efficiency and support business objectives. Collaborates with senior leaders across the Group to ensure the operating model integrates seamlessly with BU Finance units and other business functions.
- **Process Optimization**:Reviewing and streamlining core processes across Finance, working closely with teams to modernize ways of working. Redesigning core processes E2E to be fully aligned with desired future state deliverables and requirements.
- **Finance Skills of the Future**:Under the umbrella of the existing Finance Academy, you will design, curate and deliver bespoke learning/capability development programs to ensure people managers and employees have the relevant skills aligned to the target operating model design.
- **Strategic thinking & Business Acumen**: Understanding the strategic direction of the company and Group Finance and use customer and employee feedback and data to understand customer needs, to drive change aligned with organizational goals.
- **Change Management Catalyst**: Manage cross functional teams with direct or non-direct responsibility to drive change management efforts that ensure high adoption of the new operating model and adjusted ways of delivery. Engage with key stakeholders to manage resistance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- **External Orientation**:Constantly on top of industry trends and best practices both within and external to the insurance sector to identify further opportunities to drive transformation.

**What you bring**
- Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Business Management or Finance, IT or Engineering.
- 10+ years of expertise in transformation, project leadership IT and business process improvement, value chain optimisation, organizational design and change management.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Committed to deliver on stakeholder expectations while managing priorities in a complex environment.
- Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, including expertise in assessing change impact, readiness, and stakeholder mapping.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and related Finance processes and tech & data landscape.
- Proven practical experience in executing Change Management for large-scale, complex global initiatives. Professional certifications related to project management and change management are advantageous.
- Strong experience in engaging and facilitating senior executives, demonstrating influential consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
