We are a Swiss product company developing a digital platform for the insurance business domain, looking for an experienced Tech Lead to guide one of our full stack teams, responsible for Organisation Data Processing and Analytical Data Provisioning subdomains.
As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in defining the technical vision and ensuring the seamless execution of our platform. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive innovative solutions aligned with our company’s strategy while fostering a culture of technical excellence and empowerment.


What you will be responsible for
  • Lead with Impact: Guide and mentor a full-stack SCRUM team of 6 engineers, overseeing technical implementations, programming, and code reviews to uphold exceptional quality standards.
  • Own the Lifecycle: Take ownership of feature development, from analyzing requirements with the Product Owner to designing robust architectures, launching features to production, and ensuring post-launch support.
  • Drive Innovation: Collaborate with the Engineering Chapter to identify and integrate tools, strategies, and technologies that enhance processes and foster innovation.
  • Foster Growth: Mentor engineers, promoting self-reliance and technical expertise within the team.
  • Document Excellence: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for internal teams and external stakeholders.

What makes you a fitEssential Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in a Tech Lead or Team Lead role, with a strong focus on ownership and driving technical excellence.
  • Deep knowledge of Microservices Architecture, cloud design patterns, and inter-service communication standards.
  • Hands-on expertise in developing REST APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core Web API.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
  • Front-end experience with TypeScript and Node.js is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
Soft Skills
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technical decisions with broader business goals.
  • Empathy in Communication: Skilled at fostering trust, alignment, and understanding across teams.
