Trainee Technical SupportYour contribution

As a Trainee in Technical Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Product Support & Training Department Team and contributing to the overall customer experience. Your responsibilities will include assistance with a variety of tasks aimed at helping customers resolve technical issues and ensuring smooth operation of our products and services.

Responsibilities
  1. Help providing timely and effective support to customers on a global level
  2. Serve as a liaison between the customer and the software and hardware specialists’ team to troubleshoot system problems and resolve issues
  3. Document cases and customer interactions using the Ticketing Tool
  4. Administrative tasks in SAP
  5. Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams
  6. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Your background

  • Business Apprenticeship or Higher education in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Be patient, empathetic, and have excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • An ability to communicate and collaborate well with people
  • Have good administrative and organizational skills
  • Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies
