Quality Assurance Specialist

At Tecan, we're looking for a skilled Operations Quality Engineer to drive process stability and quality improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a technical education background in engineering or a related field, with additional qualifications in Quality Management Systems highly desirable.

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our Quality Operations team at Männedorf, Zurich. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and guiding production to enhance process stability and quality
• Quality Operations responsibility for specified product lines, including distribution release of instruments (Final Inspection, DHR Examination)
• Representing the QO department in relevant projects, product team meetings, and production activities
• Coordinating, conducting, and concluding Complaint, Nonconformity, and CAPA investigations with internal departments and suppliers
• Leading Task Forces resulting from investigations to initiate short-term corrective actions

You'll be instrumental in driving process stability and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
