Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Analyse, Neuausrichtung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produktions- und Geschäftsprozesse, um Effizienz zu steigern und Kosten zu senken.
  • Mit Ihrer Begeisterung für Lean-Management-Methoden initiieren, planen und leiten Sie strategische Projekte, die nachhaltige Verbesserungen erzielen.
  • Durchführung praxisnaher Trainings und interaktiver Workshops zur Förderung einer unternehmensweiten Lean-Kultur, um Mitarbeitende nachhaltig für Prozessoptimierung zu begeistern.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualitätssicherung, Einkauf und Logistik, um bereichsübergreifende Lean-Prozesse zu implementieren und messbare Verbesserungen zu erzielen.


Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurwesen, gerne auch mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld.
  • Eine Weiterbildung im Lean Management oder Six Sigma ist von Vorteil, aber auch Kandidaten mit starker Lean-Erfahrung sind willkommen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean-Methoden wie 5S, KVP, Ishikawa-Diagrammen sowie Erfahrung mit Shopfloor-Management und KPI-Analysen setzen Sie zielführend ein.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung und die Fähigkeit, Kolleginnen und Kollegen für Prozessoptimierungen zu begeistern, runden Ihr Profil ab.
