We work with companies across Europe, providing them with tools to simplify the production and distribution of professional visuals so they can receive more leads, faster.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive (f/d/m), ideally based in Geneva, Zürich or Berlin, to drive the growth of our activities in Swiss Romandie.
In this full-time role (80% possible), your primary mission will be to expand Backbone's revenues. You will report directly to the Team Lead Sales Switzerland.

Role Requirements
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Swiss French region.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level accounts.
- Solution Selling: Consultatively sell Backbone's products and cloud-based solution, emphasizing their value proposition and alignment with customer business objectives.
- Market Knowledge: Understand the Swiss Real Estate market and ideally bring a strong network.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with support, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure the best customer experience.
- Remote Work Experience: Experience working remotely for extended periods.
Key Competencies
- Proven Sales Experience: Several years of successful B2B sales experience in the cloud and/or business software solutions industry, preferably with a focus on real estate solutions.
- Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to quickly understand customer needs, and articulate the value proposition effectively.
- Communication Skills: Native French speaking, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
- Technical Aptitude: The ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Additional Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Native French Speaking, proficient in English. German would be a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the designated region.
- Networking: Outgoing and approachable, happy to attend Market Fairs.
