Aperçu du poste
En tant que Commercial / Account Executive, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre CEO (Head of Sales) pour soutenir et accélérer la croissance de RogerHR. Vous serez responsable de l’ensemble du cycle de vente : identification de nouvelles opportunités, accompagnement des clients dans leur décision et conclusion des contrats. Au sein d’une équipe agile et soudée — comprenant deux BDRs, un spécialiste en marketing et notre CEO — vous jouerez un rôle clé dans notre développement pour atteindre les 1'000 clients.
Ce poste offre des perspectives d’évolution importantes, avec la possibilité de progresser vers un rôle de Head of Sales à mesure que nous nous développons.
Vos missionsExécution des ventes et gestion du pipeline : Prendre en charge le cycle de vente complet, de la génération de leads jusqu’à la conclusion, tout en gérant un pipeline de ventes solide et bien structuré.
- Conseil et accompagnement client : Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance pour les clients en les aidant à évaluer leurs besoins RH spécifiques et à élaborer des solutions sur mesure. Soutenir les clients dans la construction de business cases convaincants et en proposant des recommandations pragmatiques pour répondre à leurs défis.
- Collaboration avec l’équipe : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les BDRs, l’ambassadeur et le marketing pour assurer un message cohérent et une approche d’acquisition client percutante.
- Maîtrise du produit : Développer une expertise approfondie de notre solution SaaS RH, et être capable de communiquer efficacement ses avantages aux clients.
- Veille stratégique et intelligence marché : Recueillir les retours des clients et les insights du marché pour affiner notre approche de vente et contribuer aux améliorations de notre produit.
- Évolution vers un rôle de leadership : À mesure que l’équipe grandit, prendre des responsabilités accrues en leadership et contribuer au développement des stratégies pour faire évoluer notre organisation commerciale
- Expérience avérée en vente, idéalement dans des solutions SaaS, RH ou technologiques ciblant les entreprises de taille moyenne.
- Compétences en conseil client, avec un historique démontré d’accompagnement dans la prise de décision et d’approche axée sur la solution pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
- Historique de réussite dans l’atteinte ou le dépassement des objectifs de vente.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement startup : autonome, flexible et à l’aise avec le changement.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, en français et en anglais.
- Esprit stratégique, avec une forte motivation pour aider les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs RH.
