Deine Verantwortung
  • Verantwortung für die gesamte operative Leitung der Produktionsstätten, inkl. Ressourcenplanung und Kapazitätsmanagement
  • Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse durch den Einsatz von Lean Manufacturing-Techniken
  • Implementierung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsvorgaben nach ISO-Standards
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien, die die Produktionseffizienz und -qualität maximieren
  • Steuerung der Kostenkontrolle und Sicherstellung der Budgettreue für den Produktionsbereich
  • Führung und Motivation eines interdisziplinären Teams, mit Fokus auf kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und Entwicklung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering-Teams zur Einführung neuer Produkte und Technologien
  • Verantwortung für das Reporting an die Geschäftsführung und die regelmäßige Analyse von Betriebskennzahlen
Deine Skills
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektronik, z.B. Bachelor oder Master in Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik (FH/HF)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer operativen Führungsrolle in der Elektronik- oder Fertigungsindustrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Manufacturing und kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Arbeitssicherheit sowie Erfahrung in der Anwendung von ISO-Standards
  • Ausgeprägte strategische Denkweise und Entscheidungskompetenz
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein überzeugender Führungsstil
  • Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Produktionsplanungssoftware (z.B. SAP, ERP) von Vorteil
  • Fliessende Italienischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
