Our client is the IT department of an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a process specialist (m, f, d) in the fund industry for the role of Project Manager. Aufgaben (Responsibilities) Responsible for managing the entire project execution at the fund manager’s headquarters and international offices, setting objectives and scope to deliver projects on time and within budget. Analyse fund management processes, understand business contexts, and develop project architecture to inform milestone and deadline planning for predictable, consistent, and successful implementation. Manage project teams in complex projects and maintain ongoing communication with internal and external specialists to achieve efficient, functional, and high‑quality results. Ensure stakeholders and executives have transparency into expected project completion and risks. Lead and manage organisational change, identifying and implementing process improvements as part of change initiatives. Document project progress, prepare status reports, and initiate escalations in the event of deviations from project objectives. Work proactively with business units within the group to understand requirements and plan future projects. Qualifikation (Qualifications) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Experience as a project manager with fund business operations in the area of funds/finance/legal. Experience in cross‑functional project management and leading project teams. All‑rounder knowledge of fund products and related operational processes and rules. All‑rounder knowledge of life cycles of liquid or illiquid funds. Ability to understand complex business processes. Attention to detail, quality oriented. Organisational skills (multitasking) with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Communication and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills.
