Riverlake is seeking an experienced Manager with a strong track record to be the Head of Sale & Purchase desk (SandP).

Choose your Base:

  • Vibrant Rotterdam or cosmopolitan Geneva.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SandP desk with a focus on driving excellence, innovation, and growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance client relationships, market presence, and profitability.
  • Inspire, manage, bring brokers in, and mentor the team ensuring high standards of performance and collaboration.
  • Proven expertise and solid references in managing dynamic SandP contracts.

  • Demonstrated success in a senior management role.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, with a proven capacity to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
