Job Description

Vos responsabilités incluront :

  • Élaborer et implémenter des stratégies et des objectifs pour l'ensemble du programme
  • Planifier et définir le périmètre des projets, coordonner les équipes techniques et les experts externes
  • Gérer les ressources et budgets nécessaires à l’atteinte des objectifs
  • Suivre de près l'avancement du programme, ajuster les priorités et résoudre les obstacles éventuels
  • Assurer la gestion des parties prenantes, y compris les comités de pilotage, sponsors et le PMO
  • Gérer les risques, les enjeux de qualité, ainsi que les changements au cours du programme
  • Préparer des rapports réguliers pour informer les parties prenantes de la santé et du progrès du programme
  • Suivre les meilleures pratiques et standards de l’industrie pour garantir une exécution optimale des projets
  • Superviser les relations avec les fournisseurs, les contrats et les appels d'offres (RFP)

Qualifications

Qualifications requises :

  • Diplôme universitaire en informatique, gestion ou domaine connexe
  • 10+ ans d’expérience en gestion de programmes IT
  • 5-8 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets, avec certification en gestion de projets (PMP, Agile)
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets SAP, Salesforce et avec des partenaires technologiques offshore
  • Excellente capacité de communication, collaboration et gestion des risques dans des environnements complexes
  • Langue : Anglais courant
