**Job Description** Objectif du Projet**: Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion d’un programme de transformation digitale visant à moderniser et optimiser les processus de souscription, de gestion et de facturation de nouveaux produits numériques. Ce programme comprend plusieurs initiatives majeures, telles que:

- ** Mise en œuvre** de solutions logicielles avancées pour la gestion des contrats et des opérations de facturation.
- ** Développement d’un portail** destiné aux équipes de vente, permettant une gestion simplifiée des processus commerciaux.
- ** Intégration technique** des nouveaux composants logiciels au sein de l’écosystème numérique existant.

Vous accompagnerez également le Program Manager dans la planification et le suivi des projets, en travaillant de concert avec les chefs de projets et en assurant la coordination avec les autres initiatives de transformation digitale en cours. Votre mission sera de soutenir la mise en place des capacités nécessaires pour un delivery optimal.
**Qualifications**
- ** Support dans la gestion du programme** : Assister le Program Manager dans la définition des modèles de gouvernance et des processus de delivery pour assurer la cohérence et l’avancement des projets.
- ** Appui opérationnel** : Soutenir les chefs de projets dans leurs missions de gestion, incluant la planification, le suivi du budget, la coordination des parties prenantes, et l’analyse des risques.
- ** Organisation des instances de gouvernance** : Préparer et organiser les réunions de gouvernance (ordre du jour, comptes rendus, suivi des décisions et des points ouverts).
- ** Documentation et reporting** : Maintenir à jour les procès-verbaux, consigner les décisions prises, et fournir un reporting consolidé sur l’avancement des projets afin de garantir la clarté sur les indicateurs de performance du programme.
- ** Suivi opérationnel** : Assurer un suivi des projets en cours, consolider les plannings, identifier les interdépendances et adapter les priorités en fonction des objectifs du programme.
- ** Gestion des risques et des priorités** : Identifier les risques potentiels entre les différents projets, signaler les incohérences et s’assurer de l’alignement des priorités.

**Additional Information**
- Expérience confirmée en assistance à la gestion de programme, en particulier dans la mise en œuvre de solutions Cloud ou ERP.
- Solide expérience en gestion de projet, avec de fortes compétences en organisation.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à synthétiser des informations complexes.
- Sens du service et esprit proactif.
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet de la suite Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence, Big Picture, Tempo).
- Compétences avancées en design graphique pour la création de présentations sur PowerPoint.
- Connaissances en ITIL
