**EMBA Program Delivery Director**

**The Job's Mission**

In this position you will manage program resources to design and deliver the EMBA Program by providing ongoing support to the EMBA Program Dean, involved faculty and EMBA participants.

**Key Activities & Accountabilities**
- Support the EMBA Dean in Program Design
- Work with the EMBA Program Dean on overall EMBA program strategy
- Accountable for the full EMBA participant life-cycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Manage, recruit, empower, and develop EMBA Program Delivery Team (performance evaluations of direct reports, development plans, day-to-day management of operational matters etc.)
- Serve as EMBA program liaison to Degree Programs unit to contribute to Academic Affairs, Operations and Digital Experience
- Provide constructive feedback to EMBA faculty and participants
- Manage Participant’s: Individual and Group dynamics; identify when cases should be referred to IMD support services
- Provide the primary contact to participants with queries relating to program commitments, classes, assignments and scheduling and address and resolve any issues arising
- Continuously work towards improving processes to gain efficiency with the delivery team
- Contribute to the management of the EMBA program delivery budget. Track costs and outcomes against budget and targets in EMBA activity centres
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of EMBA Program Delivery digital platforms including Learning Management System, Program Portal, Student Information System, etc
- Contribute to the EMBA Program Rankings & Accreditations processes
- Help ensure Assurance of Learning (AoL) quality standards are respected and learning objective achieved

**Education**
- Bachelors & MBA/MSc or equivalent

**Experience and Competencies**
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in an international environment
- Proven experience in a customer relations role
- People management experience
- Management experience in an academic environment is an asset
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple and complex projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer orientation and diplomacy
- Strong team spirit
- Complete mastery of English, other languages an asset
- Computer literate (Windows environment), with strong emphasis on MS Excel, other tools an asset
