The Position

Immerse yourself in the fascinating everyday working life at Roche Diagnostics surrounded by beautiful mountains, not far from the scenic Lake Zug and yet close to the cities of Zug, Zurich and Lucerne. Embark on a transformative learning experience with Roche Diagnostics through our Aligned Internship Program in Rotkreuz. Designed to nurture emerging talent, this program offers a dynamic and immersive opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of diagnostics, fostering personal and professional growth.

You will join in the Roche Diagnostics Global Customer Experience and Solution Design Team an international group of customer experience and design strategists, researchers and designers that serve our purpose to bring the voice of customers to the core of Roche Diagnostics’ decisions by designing and enabling a seamless patient-centric experience across our portfolio of products and services.

This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, hybrid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with user research, participant management and design activities related to CX/UX project development
  • Collaboratively translating user research into powerful insights that impact design and business decisions
  • Communicating powerful insights to business stakeholders through written, visual and prototype form
  • Creating service blueprints, customer journeys
Who You Are

You are either enrolled or have completed your Bachelor’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of Service / UX Design, Communication, Marketing, Psychology within 12 months before the start of the internship and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.

Furthermore, you have the following skills:

  • Fluency in English is required
  • Skilled in written and visual communication
  • Experience in workshop facilitation is preferred

Technical details:

The start date for the internship is April 2025 (or upon availability) with a duration of 6 months with option to extend to 12 months. Part-time employment is possible. If required, it is possible to write a thesis during the internship.
