Ihre Rolle Als erste:r Ansprechpartner:in in Luftfrachtfragen betreuen Sie Kunden eigenständig, erstellen Angebote und steuern den gesamten Auftragsprozess. Sie pflegen proaktiv Kundenbeziehungen, treiben Neugeschäft voran und gewährleisten eine reibungslose Abwicklung mit Ihrer freundlich, offenen Art. Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Sie fungieren als erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Partner im Bereich Luftfracht
  • Nach dem Motto „Ihre Kunden sind Ihr Erfolg“, betreuen Sie eigenständig Ihre Kunden im gesamten Abwicklungsprozess und halten sie auf dem Laufenden
  • Sie bearbeiten eigenständig Kundenanfragen und erstellen Angebote
  • Sie steuern die Auftragsbearbeitung von der Auftragsannahme, Dokumentenprüfung bis zum Abschluss der Sendung
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit allen operativen Abteilungen, dem Vertrieb und insbesondere den Kunden und Carrier zusammen
  • Proaktive Kundenbetreuung und nachhaltige Lösungsfindung zur Sicherstellung einer langfristigen und
  • partnerschaftlichen Kundenbeziehung sind für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Sie entwickeln Neugeschäft, bauen das Portfolio unserer Bestandkunden aus und arbeiten aktiv an der Rückgewinnung von Kunden
Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen
  • Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossenen kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einer vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie haben bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice gesammelt, idealerweise im Transport- und Speditionswesen
  • Sie sind vertraut im Umgang mit Office-Programmen und haben keine Scheu vor neuen Systemen
  • Sie betreuen Ihre Kunden mit einer offenen, kommunikativen und freundlichen Art
  • Sie sind ein Organisationstalent und verfügen über ein gutes Zeitmanagement
  • Die Arbeit in einem einsatzstarken Team macht Ihnen Spaß
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse erleichtern Ihnen die Kommunikation mit globalen Partnern
