Capital Partnerships Manager

Based out of Zurich, Switzerland, as ourCapital Partnerships Manager, you’ll be working closely with our firm’s two founding directors to further design, implement and then manage our capital partnerships strategy within the Swiss financial ecosystem. You will be our primary point of contact for onboarding new capital partners. What you will be doing Design, implement and manage our capital partnerships program. Identify, research and build partnerships with capital providers, which includes HNW investors, family offices, small investment banks, insurers and larger international real estate managers. Continuously engage our network of equity partners and their portfolio companies. Track, report and review the performance of our partnerships to management. Stay abreast of market trends and the competitor landscape to shape and improve our program. Arrange pitches and presentations. Assembly of reporting information and dissemination via our secure investor portal. You have the following Minimum bachelor’s degree in banking, real estate, investor relations, marketing, communication, business or any related field. 3 years working experience in the investment banking, private banking, capital advisory/ placement, corporate finance or other similar field. Salary: CHF 75,000 - 90,000 p.a. base salary band, excluding performance linked rewards. On-Target Earnings (OTE): CHF 100,000+ p.a. Position Type: Full time with flexible working hours.
