Our current focus primarely spans:

  • Fintech & Institutional Digital Assets
    – infrastructure for payment, custody, and treasury systems (with emphasis in APAC)

    – data and agent systems powering real-world decision intelligence
  • Media, Network States, and Governance Systems
    – digital identity, truth, and coordination layers shaping transparent online economies

The Role

Expand and professionalize our investor network across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Structure and syndicate institutional placements for our ventures — including AMCs, private rounds, and OTC opportunities. Support leadership on investor communication and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and manage relationships with institutional, family-office, and HNWI investors
  • Structure co-investment and distribution arrangements
  • Coordinate due diligence, term sheets, and closing processes
  • Support reporting, compliance, and asset-management activities
  • Collaborate with institutional and government partners for market entry and scaling
  • Lead capital formation and investor engagement

dea Profile

  • Background in investment banking, structured products, or venture capital
  • Deep institutional network and understanding of cross-border capital flows
  • Crypto experience and track record of bringing investment into crypto allocated funds
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English (additional languages a plus)

Experience in APAC markets**, or in ventures involving government or institutional partnerships, is an advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation

Base retainer + success-based participation + potential carried interest
