Position: Senior Associate – Capital Market Level: Senior Working hours: 100% Place of work: Zurich Line manager: Dr. Alexander Lindemann Job objective: ✓ Acquisition of clients in the field of law ✓ Comprehensive legal advice to national and international clients on all aspects of capital market law, in particular: - Issuance of shares, bonds and structured products - M&A transactions in the capital market environment - Capital market regulation - Corporate governance - Securitisation and asset finance ✓ Drafting and negotiating complex contracts and legal opinions ✓ Assisting clients in complying with relevant national and international laws and regulations, such as MiFID II, MAR and others ✓ Communicating with regulatory authorities ✓ Managing and coordinating legal aspects of capital market projects, including due diligence reviews and structuring complex transactions ✓ Representing clients in courts and arbitration tribunals ✓ Participating in the development of new products and services ✓ Active participation in an international team ✓ Participation in industry events and conferences ✓ Active use of AI MbO / metrics The target agreement is based on quantitative and qualitative criteria.
