Senior Associate – Investment Funds & Asset Management Position: Senior Associate – Investment Funds & Asset Management Level: Senior Workload: 100% Place of work: Zurich Line manager: Dr. Alexander Lindemann Job objective: ✓ Acquisition of mandates in the field of law ✓ Comprehensive legal advice to national and international clients on all aspects of investment fund law, in particular: - Structuring of investment funds - Capital raising for investment funds - Investment of the capital of investment funds - Regulation of investment funds - Corporate governance of investment funds ✓ Leading complex structuring projects ✓ Conducting client meetings in traditional mixed funds and customised separate accounts ✓ Drafting and/or reviewing documents relating to a variety of fund structures and assuming responsibility for selected funds and separate accounts, including their maintenance and administration ✓ Drafting, reviewing and negotiating fund documentation, including partnership agreements, investment agreements and management contracts ✓ Assisting clients in complying with national and international laws and regulations ✓ Representing clients in courts and arbitration tribunals ✓ Involvement in the development of new products and services ✓ Active participation in an international team ✓ Participation in industry events and conferences ✓ Active use of AI MbO / metrics: The target agreement is based on quantitative and qualitative criteria.
