We are seeking an experienced professional for our Zurich office as a Senior Associate Fund Operations . In addition to your core operational responsibilities, you will act as the deputy to the Head of Fund Operations for the Zurich office team when needed. You are a true team player and a "get-things-done " person who drives tasks forward reliably. Your main responsibilities: Take ownership and accountability for the smooth closing processes of Fund of Funds, ensuring all operational milestones are met Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of investor data, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements Be responsible for the correct calculation and validation of fees in accordance with Fund prospectuses Manage and supervise the execution of capital calls and distributions at the Fund level, including oversight of cash
