Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Neukundenakquise: Dein Fokus liegt auf der Identifizierung, Ansprache und Gewinnung neuer Kunden im Bereich Medizin-/ Labor- und IT-Produkte
  • Kundenbedürfnisse erkennen: Du analysierst die Anforderungen potenzieller Kunden und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren technischen Experten massgeschneiderte Lösungen
  • Vertriebsprozesse steuern: Du übernimmst den gesamten Verkaufsprozess von der Erstansprache über die Bedarfsermittlung und Angebotserstellung bis hin zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss
  • Präsentation von Dienstleistungen: Du präsentierst unser Portfolio an Prüf- und Zertifizierungsdienstleistungen technisch und kommerziell überzeugend bei potenziellen Kunden
  • Marktanalysen: Du beobachtest den Markt, identifizierst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsstrategie bei
  • Netzwerk aufbauen: Du vertrittst unser Unternehmen auf Messen, Konferenzen und Workshops, um deine Netzwerke zu erweitern und potenzielle Kunden anzusprechen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master, Bachelor oder vergleichbar) oder relevante Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb
  • 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Neukundenakquise, idealerweise im Bereich Prüf- und Zertifizierungsdienstleistungen oder Medizinprodukte
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Produkten und ein gutes Verständnis für die Anforderungen des Marktes
  • Fliessende Französischkenntnisse sind ein Muss,gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CRM-Software
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, neue Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen
  • Überzeugende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Verhandlungsgeschick.
