The Baldan Group, a leading player in the European beauty industry, seeks a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth in Switzerland. This strategic hire will leverage their expertise in B2B sales and client relationship management to expand our presence in the aesthetic industry.
About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced sales executive with a strong background in selling aesthetic products and technologies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell Baldan Group's innovative aesthetic products and technologies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities among medical clinics, pharmacies, and beauty centers in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and expand the company's footprint.
- Optimize after-sales performance to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the aesthetics industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, particularly in selling aesthetic products or devices.
- Fluency in English and French or German, both written and spoken, depending on the region.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
- Experience using tools like Mapsly and CRM platforms (e.g., Force Manager) is a plus.
