DURATION: Temporary position (max. 6 months)

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
This position reports to the local Head of Banking Support Team. Other working relationships include all members of Family Office Group Operations, Family Office Relationship Managers, In-house Dealing and Treasury team, Investments, and various external financial institutions.

OVERALL PURPOSE
The individual will be part of the Banking Support team to ensure high-quality and consistent client service. Responsibilities include the execution of various administrative tasks around bank account and investment management, performed accurately and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Opening and closure of bank and investment accounts with core and non-core banks.
  2. Collaborate with a variety of financial institutions across numerous jurisdictions worldwide to set up client relationships.
  3. Maintain bank and investment accounts, including adding/removing a beneficiary/settlor/protector or granting power of attorney to a third party.
  4. Closure/termination of accounts upon receipt of relevant instructions.
  5. Input data into our in-house integrated database system to keep information up to date.
  6. Respond to day-to-day queries from internal and external parties and help resolve issues.
  7. Transfer equities, bonds, mutual funds, and private placements between custodians, through fund administrators, and/or with private companies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  1. Ecole de Commerce or equivalent.
  2. Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern financial accounting packages).
  3. 2-3 years’ work experience.
