Job Overview:

The Regional HR Support at Stonehage Fleming SA plays a crucial role in supporting our HR operations in Switzerland. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing HR support, managing employee data, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personal details, employment history, and benefits information
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact and first line of support for employees and line managers, addressing queries and concerns
  • Recruitment: Participate in recruitment processes, manage job openings, and coordinate interviews
  • Leave and Absence: Manage leave, absence, and overtime reporting for Swiss offices
  • Performance Management: Provide administrative support for the Group's performance management process

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education (Commercial Diploma/Maturité)
  • 2 years' experience in HR or Administrative area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
