Job Description:

The Regional HR Support plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient implementation of operational matters, primarily for the offices in Switzerland. This position reports to the local HR Manager and works closely with other members of the wider HR team to provide an exceptional support service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general HR administration and maintain employee data in the HR information system and the company intranet
  • Maintain accurate records of employee files, both hard and soft copies, and ensure compliance with legal requirements and HR deadlines
  • Audit HR Systems regularly to ensure all data is up-to-date
  • Manage Time Management administration, including leave, absence, and overtime reporting for Swiss offices
  • Administer HR-related insurance matters, including accident, sickness, pension, and unemployment claims
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team on group-wide initiatives and projects
  • Stay up-to-date with employment law and HR best practices, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Support the HR Manager with ad-hoc projects, new policies, and process implementations
  • Assist in guiding department heads on employee lifecycle and relations
  • Act as a point of contact and first line of support for employees and line managers

Staffing, Joiners, and Leavers:

  • Support joiners and leavers processes for Swiss offices
  • Participate in recruitment processes and manage applications
  • Oversee pre-employment and background screening
  • Prepare induction programs and deliver HR introductions
  • File for recruitment authorization and work permits
  • Support termination of employment contracts through redundancy or performance issues

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage payroll for Switzerland under the HR Manager's supervision, liaising with the external payroll provider
  • Support local administrative elements of salary and bonus processes

Performance Management:

  • Provide administrative support for the Group's performance management process
