Title Paralegal Start Date Immediate Duration 3-6 months with the possibility of extension Utilization 50-100% Location(s) Zurich area Switzerland (hybrid) Area Legal & Compliance The Role We are seeking an experienced Paralegal for an international industrial company. The Paralegal will support the Legal and Compliance function by delivering critical legal operations and corporate governance assistance. Key responsibilities include contract management support, oversight of compliance processes and coordination of global subsidiary governance. Fluency in English is essential for this position. Key Responsibilities Maintain corporate records and support entity management across multiple jurisdictions including the preparation of board resolutions, shareholder materials and statutory filings. Support contract review and execution workflows including proofreading, redlining and document tracking. Assist with drafting, updating and monitoring compliance policies including the Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption and Conflicts of Interest policies. Coordinate legal documentation for transactions audits and due diligence processes ensuring complete and accurate records. Your Profile At least 3 years of experience in a paralegal role Strong understanding of corporate governance, contract lifecycle management and compliance frameworks Excellent organizational and document management skills Proven ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership Effective communicator with confident presentation skills Fluency in English How to Apply Please submit your application via our Careers portal including a resume.
