We are looking for a legal assistant (m, f, d).Paralegal Fund OperationsAssisting with the life cycle of fund investments at all locations worldwide, registering funds, analyzing documents and contracts, monitoring deadlines, handling internal and external reportsCoordinating services for onboarding investment structures, opening bank accounts, updating the associated documentation, and collaborating with law firms, notaries, and authoritiesChecking prospectuses, investor information, offers, fund documents, updating contracts, service level agreements, etc.Ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements and monitoring regulatory disclosure and reporting obligationsSupporting the maintenance of cooperation with law firms, notaries, and authoritiesUpdating and cleaning up data in the private equity database (customer master data), storing contracts in the systems, and administration after committee meetingsQualifikationKV/Paralegal (CAS or DAS), commercial lawyer (Bachelor's)Professional experience as an assistant in a commercial law firm, with an asset manager, or in a bankInterest in fund investments, professional customer service, and a dynamic environmentAnalytical personality with a precise and careful working styleStrong initiative and resilient, independent, efficient way of workingInterest in teamwork and mutual supportInterest in an international role with analysis, organization, and coordination tasks, including multitaskingAbility to perform well under deadline pressureDiscretion and trustworthiness in communicationEloquent communicationConfident use of MS OfficeGerman and EnglishPlease send us your documents for an initial contact by e-mail to contact@coni-partner.com or call us on +41 44 254 90 10.
