Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Weiterentwicklung der agilen Business Development-Strategie von Vectra Advisors
  • Selbständige Entwicklung und Umsetzung eigener Business Development- und Marketing-Ideen
  • Kundenakquise durch direkte Kontaktaufnahme (“warme Leads”)
  • CRM- und Lead-Management: Verantwortung für die Pflege und den Ausbau bestehender Kontakte sowie die gezielte Ansprache neuer Klienten und Geschäftspartner
  • Erstellung von Marketingmaterialien und Texten
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Website und unserer Social-Media-Präsenz
  • Planung und Organisation von Events
  • Teilnahme an relevanten Branchen- und Netzwerkevents (durchschnittlich 1x pro Woche, auch abends)

Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Business Development und Marketing (oder Sales) sowie Leidenschaft für die Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Fokus auf Menschenkontakt)
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit sehr hoher Eigeninitiative
  • Kreativität und Innovationsgeist zur Umsetzung wirkungsvoller Akquise- und Marketing-Strategien
  • Kommunikationsstarke, aufgeschlossene und überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit professionellem Auftreten
  • Fliessende Sprachkenntnisse in Schweizerdeutsch, Deutsch und Englisch (alle drei Sprachen zwingend)
