Overview

The Customer Service Team at Anna Kawalkowski is looking for a new member - would this be something for you? We are looking for a Customer Relations Associate who is passionate and has experience in customer service, ideally from a technical product environment. You are also experienced in communicating with customers by phone and email on a daily basis and finding quick, appropriate solutions. You enjoy liaising and working closely with other departments and are willing to work with the highly motivated team to keep customer satisfaction high.

Responsibilities
  1. Receiving and supporting a wide range of customer enquiries in the service department
  2. Order processing and organisation as well as coordination of service assignments, which take place directly at our customers worldwide
  3. Processing and maintaining tickets along the entire workflow
  4. Support in customer complaint management
  5. Processing warranty claims
  6. Maintaining and building a loyal and trusting relationship with our customers
  7. Exchanging information with internal contacts for various requests
Minimum Requirements
  1. Commercial training with relevant professional experience in the field of customer service is ideal
  2. Very good SAP knowledge is an advantage (SD & CS module)
  3. Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel) are required
  4. Very good knowledge of German and English is required
