Role Overview:

As a German Sales and Customer Account Manager, you'll collaborate with clients to enhance their sales strategies and oversee account management. Based in Athens with a hybrid work setup, you'll analyze performance, address sales and budget inquiries, and deliver innovative solutions to help clients achieve their goals, fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Provide tailored recommendations to boost client sales performance
  • Client Relationships: Build trust and maintain open communication to understand and address client needs effectively
  • Sales Planning: Create and execute strategies aligned with client objectives to drive growth and success
  • Performance Analysis: Review sales data to identify opportunities and refine strategies
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends to craft impactful initiatives
  • Reporting: Track and present metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in German (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, with a focus on inbound/outbound sales and Account Management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
