Senior Manager New Product Introduction

Mission principale :

Vous serez responsable de toutes les introductions de nouveaux produits en Suisse. Cela impliquera la direction d’une équipe de fabrication, de science et de technologie (MS&T).

Tâches :

Diriger l'équipe MS&T afin d'assurer le transfert transparent et réussi des produits et des processus et vos chefs de projet compétents pour gérer avec succès plusieurs projets en parallèle.

Vous collaborerez de manière proactive avec les départements internes et les collègues externes afin de mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes pour résoudre les problèmes et respecter les délais.

Vous serez en charge de comprendre les demandes des clients afin de mettre en place des propositions d’améliorations.

Vous serez responsable de la communication interne de l'état d'avancement de l'introduction de nouveaux produits.

Vous serez le point de contact direct pour les collègues du site en Chine en ce qui concerne l'introduction de nouveaux produits.

Vous serez responsable du calcul des coûts du site.

Profil :

Vous justifiez de 20 ans d’expérience dans le domaine industrielle pharmaceutique dont une dizaine d’année dans l’introduction de nouveaux produits et les activités de transfert technique.

Vous avez de solides connaissances techniques et votre expérience du transfert de projets OSD en phase clinique avancée et en phase commerciale vous aideront à superviser avec succès plusieurs projets en parallèle.

Vous avez de fortes compétences dans la résolution de problèmes et la connaissance pratique des exigences réglementaires mondiales (États-Unis, UE, etc.) et des meilleures pratiques, y compris les exigences en matière de SUPAC et de stabilité.

Vous avez d’excellentes aptitudes à la communication ce qui vous permettrons d'établir des partenariats solides avec les clients, ainsi qu'avec les services internes.

Vous parlez couramment en français et en anglais
