Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Glenmark Specialty. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting for our Swiss subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including preparation and review of tax returns.
- Transfer Pricing: Undertake periodic transfer price setting and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Operations: Oversee financial aspects of trading operations, including treasury management and banking relations.
- Team Management: Manage, train, and develop a team of finance professionals to ensure effective delivery of financial services.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and local GAAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives.
- Ability to manage a small team and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Hindi highly desirable.
