We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Validation Scientist to join our team at Gi Group SA. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process validation strategies to meet cGMP and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define interfaces to equipment qualification, system qualification, and analytical method validation.
- Establish and maintain the Validation Master Plan for process validation.
- Participate in transfers and launches, and liaise with technical development for new products.
- Contribute to all relevant audit inspections and ensure inspection readiness for the site.
- Initiate, drive, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Natural Science.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with an MSc degree, or 7-9 years' experience with a BSc (GMP validation experience is considered an asset).
- Strong problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent command of English and preferably French language.
- Project and change management experience, as well as experience with Health Authority inspections.
