Job Title: Validation Senior Scientist

Gi Life Sciences is seeking a highly skilled Validation Senior Scientist to join our team in the Canton of Neuchâtal. As a key member of our MS&T department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement site process validation strategies to meet cGMP and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define interfaces to equipment qualification, system qualification, and analytical method validation.
  • Establish and maintain the Validation Master Plan for process validation.
  • Participate in transfers and launches, and contribute to provide experimental data obtained during validation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, GMP, and industry standards.
  • Initiate and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Natural Science.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with an MSc degree, or 7-9 years with a BSc degree.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English and preferably French language.
  • Project and change management experience, and experience with Health Authority inspections.
