Role Summary

As a Client Manager - Insurance, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, offering comprehensive assistance and ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of customer service.

Location: Zurich (with willingness to travel 1-2 days per week) or Geneva

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand a portfolio of clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact, addressing all client queries and providing timely and effective support.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company services and solutions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies for improvement.

Your Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in client management or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the insurance industry.
  • Fluency in French and English is a must;German isa plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
