Ihr Aufgabenbereich

Als Client Relationship Manager für Firmenkunden übernehmen Sie eine spannende und vielseitige Aufgabe in einem globalen Umfeld. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege und Entwicklung der Kundenbeziehungen Ihres Portfolios. Sie besitzen verkäuferisches und technisches Flair, Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungsfähigkeit. Sie tragen dazu bei, Ihr Kundenportfolio im Einklang mit unserer Wachstumsstrategie zu bearbeiten und auszubauen. Dabei geniessen Sie einen hohen Grad an Selbstverantwortung und haben die Möglichkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld aktiv mitzugestalten. Teilnahme an Fachmessen, sowohl virtuell als auch physisch, weltweit gehören ebenso zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.

 

Ihre Kompetenzen und Erfahrung

 Als zukünftiges Teammitglied bringen Sie folgendes mit:

  • Höhere Weiterbildung mit Hochschul-/Fachhochschulabschluss
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Client Relationship Management Bereich (vorzugsweise SaaS und B2B)
  • Fähigkeit, Kunden durch professionelle Betreuung zu pflegen und auszubauen
  • Selbstbewusste, motivierte Persönlichkeit mit einem proaktiven Ansatz und Auftreten; abschlussorientiert mit hoher Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und selbst unter Druck Höchstleistungen zu erbringen
  • Fähigkeit, neue technische Applikationen und Prozesse schnell zu erlernen
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen ist ein Plus
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) und bereits Vorkenntnisse über Treasury-Applikationen oder ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
