Dans ce poste stratégique, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conquête de nouveaux marchés et l’élargissement de leur portefeuille-client.


Vos responsabilités :

  • Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux marchés et segments de clientèle, en Suisse comme à l’étranger (France, Italie principalement).
  • Développer des stratégies de prospection proactive pour générer de nouvelles opportunités de business.
  • Initier et entretenir des contacts commerciaux ciblés, en vue de créer des relations durables.
  • Effectuer des visites régulières chez les prospects et présenter nos produits de manière impactante.
  • Élaborer des offres commerciales adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des clients potentiels.
  • Développer et maintenir un pipeline de ventes solide, en se concentrant sur les opportunités à forte valeur ajoutée.
  • Représenter l’entreprise lors d’événements stratégiques, expositions et salons pour accroître leur visibilité.
  • Analyser les tendances du marché et anticiper les besoins émergents de la clientèle.
  • Assurer un suivi personnalisé des nouveaux clients, afin de favoriser leur satisfaction et leur fidélité.
  • Participer activement à la veille concurrentielle et au suivi des innovations dans le secteur de l’horlogerie.

Votre profil :

  • Formation commerciale (HES ou équivalent), vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie d’au moins 5 ans en développement commercial B2B, avec un focus sur la prospection et la génération de nouvelles affaires, idéalement dans le domaine du luxe (la connaissance du secteur horloger est un atout).
  • Excellent sens du contact et capacité à construire rapidement des relations de confiance.
  • Fort goût pour le développement commercial et l’atteinte de nouveaux objectifs de croissance.
  • Connaissance du tissu économique genevois et ouverture à de nouveaux marchés.
  • Esprit d’initiative, autonomie et ténacité.
  • Curiosité pour l’innovation et capacité à identifier des opportunités commerciales.
  • Maîtrise courante du français et de l’anglais.
  • Aisance avec le CRM Salesforce pour assurer un suivi structuré des prospects.
