Job Description:

  • Proactively create a portfolio of self-acquired Clients with focus on regulated Independent Asset Managers.
  • Monitor your pipeline according to the objectives (individual & team).
  • Create and build a trust-based relationship with the clients through regular and personalized contacts.
  • Respond to all client needs in a timely and professional manner. Ascertain and assess the client's financial situation and overall objectives with the support of a Team Head if needed.
  • Provide general wealth management services to the clients, namely by formulating integrated solutions (in close relationship with the specialist department such as legal, tax, financial, etc.) based on the client's objectives.
  • Proactively promote the Bank's products and services to clients, by providing them with tailor-made investment solutions.
  • Ensure that all internal regulatory procedures relating to relationship manager functions are carried out.
  • Scrupulously observe cross-border rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant education in Finance; CWMA / SAQ is a plus.
  • Min. 5 years in the EAM / IAM business.
  • Strong network within the EAM business (no specific geographical market).
  • Very good interpersonal skills.
  • Open and sales-oriented.
  • Expert in creating relationships with prospects with a proven track record.
  • Natural team player.
  • Persistent and persuasive.
  • Passionate about client service.
  • Possess good judgment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Plan, organize, and carry out work autonomously and allocate work-time independently.
  • Relevant educational and professional background.
  • Language skills in line with your Market (written and spoken).
  • Familiar with the legal & regulatory environment.
  • Sound knowledge of global financial markets and current affairs.
  • Ability to match client needs with appropriate tailor-made solutions.
  • Willingness to travel (depending on your Market).
