Cum stii daca esti CREADIV-ul cautat?

Ai experienta relevanta de minim 3 ani in vanzari directe de servicii catre clienti business, preferabil in zona marketing digital/ software/IT; Ai performante certe obtinute in cadrul proiectelor anterioare; Esti un bun comunicator si negociator, orientat catre vanzarea consultativa; Ai capacitatea de a intelege nevoile clientilor și terminologia web, precum si de a analiza si interpreta date statistice pentru a propune solutiile tehnice potrivite; Esti perseverent, determinat si motivat; esti onest si ai standarde si valori etice inalte in relatia cu partenerii si cu echipa; Ai studii universitare tehnice / economice si stii limba engleza la nivel avansat; Avantaje : software development background; experienta pe piete internationale.
